When you create a new user account at micromindonline.com web site we collect your name and email address. If you place an order for a product that requires payment, we also collect your billing address, and in some cases, telephone number. This information will be used to process orders and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders. In some cases, a user’s personally identifiable information is forwarded to a third party in order to fulfill the order. This third party is not allowed to use the information that they are provided for any other purpose than to fulfill orders.
